Hiring | Cinematographer + Editor

Shoot it. Cut it. Make people stop scrolling.

Hyderabad, with regular travel across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana | 3-8+ years | Full time

n

We're looking for someone who can walk onto a location, see the film before it's shot, shoot it, and then cut it into something people don't skip.

n

This is not a camera-operator role, and it is not a desk-editor role. It is both - and the person who does both is rarer than either.

n

What we're looking for

n

n
- 3-8+ years shooting and editing ad films, brand films or digital content - with a reel where you did both on the same film.
n
- Real cinematography: lighting, lensing, movement, composition. You own the frame, not just the settings.
n
- Real editing: rhythm, structure, sound, colour. You know when a cut is a second too long and why.
n
- Comfortable across scales - a two-person run-and-gun shoot in a showroom on Tuesday, a full crew with a director on Thursday.
n
- Fluent in Premiere or DaVinci; can grade, mix a rough track and deliver every ratio a brand needs in a day.
n
- Travel-ready. Shoots happen in dealerships, factories, farms, campuses and streets - you pack the kit and go.
n
- Three shoots, two edits, one week - and the work still looks like someone cared.

Strongly preferred

n

n
- Telugu - to direct talent on set and cut dialogue with the right rhythm.
n
- Motion graphics, product/automotive shooting,



drone or gimbal experience.
n
- DOOH, CTV or performance creative - footage that has to work in five seconds, vertical, with no sound.
n
- AI tools for pre-viz, clean-up or versioning - with a clear view on where the eye still matters more.
n

We are NOT looking for

n

n
- A wedding or event videographer whose reel is montages over music.
n
- A DoP who needs a full crew before the camera comes out.
n
- An editor who has never had to light a shot and doesn't want to.
n
- Someone who thinks the edit is where you fix what the shoot missed.
n
- Someone who needs to be in Hyderabad every day.
n

The opportunity

You will shoot and cut for brands across categories and formats - from regional launches to national campaigns - with in-house writers, directors and designers under one roof, and a say in how our production works.

n

We are building a company at the intersection of advertising, AdTech, market intelligence and AI - and we want someone who thinks beyond the next deliverable.

n
