We're Hiring: Receptionist / Front Desk Executive | MyStree, Indiranagar, Bengaluru

MyStree is looking for a friendly and organised, full-time front desk executive to be the first face patients see at our Indiranagar clinic.

n

What you'll do:

n

- Be the friendly first face at our clinic
n
- Manage appointments and patient flow
n
- Handle calls, WhatsApp, and online queries
n
- Support patient registration and basic records
n
- Support billing and payments
n
- Keep patient data safe and confidential
n

n

Must have:

n

n
- Must be located at a commutable distance from our Indiranagar clinic
n
- Available to join immediately
n
- Great communication and people skills, comfortable talking to a wide range of patients
n
- Well versed in English, with basic conversational Hindi and Kannada
n
- Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel
n
- Can multitask and stay calm on busy days
n

Nice to have:

n
- Prior experience in healthcare, hospitals or clinics
n
- Background in tech or digital tools
n
