Position: Project Manager Experience: 5+ Years Location: Pan India (Travel Required) About the Role Innovatiview India is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale Education, ICT, ITES, Digital Learning, and Smart Classroom projects across government departments, educational institutions, and public sector organizations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience planning, executing, and delivering technology-enabled education projects within defined timelines and budgets, with strong stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution - Lead end-to-end implementation of Education, ICT, Smart Classroom, Digital Learning, and IT-enabled projects. - Develop project plans, implementation schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk mitigation strategies. - Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, budget, and quality parameters. - Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to address delays or issues. Government Client & Stakeholder Management - Act as the primary point of contact for Government departments, bureaucrats, and other stakeholders. - Conduct regular review meetings and provide project status updates to clients and senior management. - Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve project-related concerns promptly. Team Management - Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technical, operations, procurement, training, and support teams. - Guide field implementation teams and ensure smooth deployment across project locations. - Track team performance and ensure adherence to project milestones. Vendor & Partner Coordination - Manage relationships with OEMs, system integrators, implementation partners, and service providers. - Ensure timely procurement, delivery, installation,



and commissioning of project components. - Monitor vendor performance against agreed SLAs. Required Skills & Competencies - Solid understanding of Education Technology (EdTech), ICT, Smart Classrooms, Digital Learning Solutions, and ITES Projects. - Proven experience in managing Government Education Projects, ICT initiatives, or large-scale technology deployments. - Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills. - Solid project planning, scheduling, and execution capabilities. - Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Education Technology, or related field. - MBA/PGDM in Project Management or Operations will be an added advantage. - PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred. Preferred Experience - 5+ years of experience in Project Management. - Experience in Government Education, ICT, Digital Classroom, Smart School, PM eVIDYA, DIKSHA, ICT@Schools, ITES, Digital Learning, or Technology-enabled Education Projects. - Experience working with State Education Departments, Government Schools, Universities, Higher Education Institutions, or Public Sector Organizations. - Experience managing multi-location deployments and field operations. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets. - Achievement of project milestones and SLAs. - Client satisfaction and stakeholder feedback. - Effective risk and issue management. - Quality compliance and audit scores. - Team productivity and resource utilization. - Timely submission of reports, documentation, and project closures.
