Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage content calendars across client accounts.
- Develop creative and engaging social media content ideas.
- Write captions using frameworks such as AIDA, EEAT, SWIFT, etc.
- Coordinate with clients, graphic designers and video editors.
- Manage and schedule content for Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Be camera-facing and confident while creating social media content.
- Appear in and create reels for Dynamisers as well as our client accounts.
- Be comfortable speaking on camera and presenting ideas/content in reels.
- Actively participate in company reels, promotional videos, trends and social media campaigns.
- Assist with photoshoots, video shoots and on-location content creation.
- Travel for client shoots whenever required.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, reels, trending audio and content formats.
- Support the team in executing social media campaigns and maintaining client deliverables.

- Strong Hindi and English communication skills.
- Positive understanding of Instagram and current social media trends.
- Creative mindset with an interest in content creation.
- Comfortable interacting with clients and working in front of the camera.
- Willingness to appear in Dynamisers' own reels and promotional content.
- Ability to take initiative and bring fresh content ideas.
- Willingness to travel for shoots when required.

Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of Canva / Adobe Illustrator.
- Reel/video editing skills.
- Basic understanding of Google, Meta or LinkedIn Ads.
