We're looking for a Social Media Manager Intern who understands social media beyond just posting content—someone who can contribute ideas, manage campaigns, understand analytics, and help build a strong digital presence for brands.

What You'll Do

✓ Plan and execute engaging social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram and

LinkedIn.

✓ Develop creative content ideas for brand campaigns, launches, topical moments, and audience engagement.

✓ Manage day-to-day social media activities including content scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.

✓ Create compelling captions, copy, and platform-specific content.

✓ Coordinate with the design and content teams to execute social media campaigns.

✓ Assist in campaign planning, execution, timelines, asset coordination, and reporting.

✓ Research current social media trends, formats, competitors, and audience behaviour.

✓ Identify and coordinate with influencers and UGC creators for relevant campaigns.

✓ Track influencer performance and ensure collaborations align with brand objectives.

✓ Monitor key social media metrics and analytics to understand content performance.

✓ Suggest new ideas and strategies to improve reach, engagement, and overall social media growth.

What We're Looking For

✓ Prior experience in social media management,



digital marketing, content creation, or a related role is mandatory.

✓ Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and current social media trends.

✓ Robust copywriting, communication, and visual storytelling skills.

✓ Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar platforms.

✓ Basic understanding of SEO, social media analytics, engagement metrics, and content performance.

✓ Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and relevant content ideas. ✓ Ability to work collaboratively with content, design, and marketing teams.

✓ Strong ownership, proactiveness, and attention to detail.

✓ Ability to work from our Noida office on a regular basis.

Location Preference

Candidates currently based in Noida will be preferred, particularly those who can comfortably commute to our office.

Important Note

This is a completely onsite internship based out of Noida.

Prior relevant experience is mandatory. Candidates without prior experience in social media/digital marketing/content creation may not be considered.

Candidates from Noida will be given preference.
