Role Description: The Social Media Manager Intern is a remote role based in Hyderabad, responsible for supporting VarhaviX’s digital presence across key social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include planning and scheduling posts, drafting engaging copy, optimizing content formats and monitoring platform analytics to improve reach and engagement. The intern will assist in executing social media campaigns for programs like Neo Founder,



collaborate with mentors and internal teams to gather content and respond to comments and messages in a timely and qualified manner.

This position offers hands-on experience in building a learning-focused brand online and contributing to community growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage campaigns and improve platform performance.
- Should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging and audience focused content.
- Key skills in Content Strategy to plan calendars, align posts with program goals and maintain brand consistency.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, social media analytics tools and current platform trends is beneficial.
- Ability to work and collaborate with cross-functional teams & manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Interest in education, entrepreneurship and youth-focused initiatives; prior internship or project experience in social media or marketing is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or a related field is preferred.
