Role Description The Social Media Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role is responsible for managing daily social media activities across key platforms, including planning and publishing posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.

The Social Media

Manager will develop and execute content strategies that reflect Duch Clothing’s brand voice, promote new collections, and support ongoing campaigns. The role includes optimizing social media profiles and posts, collaborating with the in-store team for content ideas, tracking basic performance metrics,



and suggesting improvements to increase reach and engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messages.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Content Strategy to plan and organize social media calendars and campaigns effectively.
- Basic understanding of fashion trends, visual storytelling, and brand aesthetics is beneficial.
- Experience using social media management tools and analytics dashboards is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, collaborate with a retail team, and manage part-time schedules reliably.
- Prior experience in social media management, marketing, or related fields is preferred, but candidates with demonstrable skills and portfolios are encouraged to apply.
