Key Responsibilities

n

- System Configuration & Maintenance: Configure, upgrade, patch, and manage OpenText Content Server (OTCS) and OpenText Directory Services (OTDS).
n
- Custom Development: Design and customize complex workflows, forms, and system solutions.
n
- API Integration: Integrate OpenText applications with external enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
n
- Troubleshooting: Handle software infrastructure incident management and resolve complex technical support issues.
n

Core Requirements & Skills

- Experience: Generally 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in OpenText administration or development.
n
- Technical Stack: Robust proficiency in Java, XML, SQL databases, and web services (REST/SOAP).
n
- Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with OpenText products including Content Server, Archive Server, and xECM.
n
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills
