Role: MS Dynamics 365 Administrator

Experience: 6-8 years

Relevant Experience: 3+ Years in Dynamics Admin role

Location: Mumbai

Essential Job Functions:

n

n
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Dynamics 365 end user support,resolving issues quickly and ensuring a smooth user experience
n
- Troubleshoot CRM configuration, workflows, plugins, business rules, and data issues, identifying root causes and implementing fixes
n
- Maintain and update Dynamics 365 configurations, including entities, fields, forms, views, dashboards, security roles, and business process flows
n
- Work within a complex Dynamics setting with custom logic, integrations, and Power Platform components, ensuring stability and consistency across teams
n
- Perform data maintenance and bulk operations using tools such as Data Import Wizard, Excel templates, or Power Automate to support accuracy and data integrity
n
- Support testing, documentation, and change management for enhancements, releases, and system updates
n
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and ensure CRM functionality aligns with business needs
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) or equivalent experience
n
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals is a plus
n
- Experience administering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service,
n
- or related modules)
n

n

Technical Skills

n

n
- Proven experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 in complex or large-scale environments
n
- Strong troubleshooting skills across CRM configuration, workflows, plugins, integrations and related processes
n
- Handon experience with data import/export tools and data maintenance best practices
n
- Familiarity with Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
n
- Familiarity with Zapier Zap automated workflow is a nice to have
n
- Ability to work effectively with distributed teams and manage cross functional communication
n
- Some familiarity with JavaScript, C#, or plugin development concepts is a plus (useful
n
