Tofflon India is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Manager to oversee legal, contractual, compliance and corporate matters for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, negotiate, and vet contracts, agreements, NDAs, MOUs, vendor agreements, customer agreements, and other legal documents.
- Verify and review Sales Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and commercial requirements.
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments and coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure timely collections.
- Review and approve legal and commercial documents related to sales transactions and business operations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable corporate, commercial, labour, and statutory laws.
- Handle litigation matters and coordinate with external legal counsel.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to management on contracts, business operations, dispute resolution, and risk mitigation.
- Draft, review, and respond to legal notices and manage correspondence with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external agencies.




- Support statutory and regulatory filings and maintain all legal records and documentation.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and advise management on their impact on business operations.
- Assist in company secretarial and corporate governance matters, where applicable.
- Provide legal support in employee disciplinary matters and HR-related legal issues.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Finance, HR, Procurement, and other departments to ensure legal and statutory compliance.
- Maintain a centralized repository of legal documents, contracts, approvals, and related records.
- Conduct legal due diligence for business transactions, projects, and customer/vendor engagements.
- Represent the organization before government authorities, regulatory bodies, courts, and legal forums, as required.
- Identify legal and commercial risks and recommend appropriate preventive and corrective measures.
- Support management in policy formulation, compliance initiatives, and legal awareness programs.
