- 10+ years of SAP SD/CS experience with strong solution architecture experience. N
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD and Customer Service (CS). N
- Expertise in OTC, pricing, sales orders, deliveries, billing, returns and credit management. N
- Strong SAP CS knowledgecovering Service Orders, Notifications, Equipment, Functional Locations, Installed Base, Warranty, Contracts and Service Billing. N
- Robust integration experience with MM, FI/CO, PM, EWM and PP. N
- Experience with S/4HANAtransformation, Fiori and SAP Activate methodology. N
- Strong client-facing, requirement gathering, solution design and stakeholder management skills. N
