About the Role

Tofflon India is looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Supply Chain Management to support and coordinate supply chain activities for our pharmaceutical and engineering equipment business.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day supply chain and procurement activities.
- Follow up with suppliers and vendors for material availability and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate purchase orders, material requirements and delivery timelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of required materials.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, engineering, sales and service teams.
- Maintain and track purchase and supply chain documentation.
- Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Support vendor coordination and performance monitoring.
- Assist in logistics and material movement activities.
- Identify and escalate supply chain delays and issues.




- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular supply chain reports.
- Support cost optimization and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related functions.
- Experience in the engineering equipment / manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceutical equipment or pharma manufacturing is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of procurement, vendor management, inventory and logistics coordination.
- Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to work from Pashamylaram, Hyderabad.
