Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Bengaluru

Work Mode: WFH / Hybrid – must be available to visit the office 1–2 days per month

CTC: ₹3–4.5 LPA (Maximum)

We are looking for a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can independently plan, execute, optimize and report end-to-end digital marketing activities

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
- Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant social platforms.
- Create, manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Develop content calendars, campaign ideas, digital strategies, captions and marketing content.
- Create basic creatives using Canva and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Handle SEO, website updates, Google Business Profile, email marketing and other digital initiatives.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics/GA4, analyze data and continuously optimize campaigns.
- Prepare reports,



dashboards and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Identify new growth opportunities and recommend innovative marketing ideas.
- Independently manage multiple brands/campaigns from planning and execution to optimization and reporting.

Mandatory Requirements

- 3–4 years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Analytics/GA4 and Performance Marketing.
- Proficiency in Canva, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace and AI tools.
- Robust content creation, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Creative, proactive and detail-oriented with strong ownership and ability to work independently.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and manage multiple brands simultaneously.
- Agency/multi-brand experience is preferred.
- Must be based in Bengaluru, an immediate joiner, and comfortable within the ₹4.5 LPA maximum CTC.
