Role Description The Senior Civil Engineer will lead and oversee civil engineering activities for on-site construction projects in Jalgaon. This is a full-time, on-site role that includes supervising project execution, reviewing and approving designs, coordinating with architects, contractors, and clients, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing engineering drawings, conducting site inspections, monitoring quality and safety, and resolving technical issues during construction.

The role also involves planning project timelines, managing resources, supporting stormwater and drainage solutions,



and preparing reports and documentation for management and regulatory authorities.

The Senior Civil

Engineer will mentor junior engineers and site staff, helping maintain efficient workflows and high engineering standards.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering, with the ability to apply standards and best practices to complex projects.
- Experience working as part of teams of Civil Engineers, providing technical guidance and coordinating multidisciplinary inputs.
- Demonstrated skills in Planning, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and related infrastructure solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in a senior or lead engineering capacity.
- Familiarity with civil engineering software tools (e.g., CAD, design and analysis software) and applicable codes and regulations.
- Solid communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on-site and manage multiple priorities.
