Hiring: Process Quality Manager / Deputy Manager

Experience: 5+ years

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Up to ₹9 LPA CTC)

Role Overview:

n

We are seeking a highly hands-on Process Quality professional with extensive shop-floor experience in assembly-line based manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving quality improvements, reducing defects, and implementing robust quality controls directly on the production floor. Purely documentation-based profiles are not a fit.

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Shop Floor Quality Control: Monitor and enhance process quality to minimize internal rejections and process defects.
n
- Problem Solving: Analyze customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective CAPA.
n
- Process Improvement:



Utilize quality tools to identify issues and collaborate with production teams to boost process capability.
n
- Training: Educate operators and supervisors on quality standards and tools.
n

n

Required Technical Skills:

n

n
- Must-Have: APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA.
n
- Solid Working Knowledge: 7 QC Tools, Root Cause Analysis (5-Why / Fishbone).
n
- Preferred: 5S, Kaizen.
n

n

Manufacturing Experience (Must have exposure to some of these):

- Metal components (Casting, Forging, Machining/CNC, Sheet Metal)
n
- Rubber / Plastic components (Injection Molding)
n
- Mechanical Assembly Lines (Strongly Preferred)
n

n

Candidate Profile:

n

n
- Experience: 5+ years in manufacturing quality with direct shop-floor involvement.
n
- Mindset: Practical, hands-on, strong problem-solving skills, and comfortable working alongside production teams
