About the RoleTransacta Capital is looking for a Senior Associate – Investment Banking & M&A; to join our team in Pune. The role will involve working on M&A; transactions, inorganic growth advisory, financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and deal execution across technology-enabled businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute buy-side and sell-side M&A; transactions.
- Build financial models and conduct valuation analysis.
- Manage financial and commercial due diligence processes.
- Prepare transaction materials, including teasers, presentations, LOIs, and term sheets.
- Conduct industry research and identify potential acquisition targets.
- Coordinate with clients, investors, legal advisors, accounting firms, and other stakeholders.
- Support deal origination, target identification, and business development activities.
- Manage transaction workstreams and ensure timely execution of deliverables.

Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A;, Corporate Development, Private Equity, or Transaction Advisory.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.




- Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in IT Services, SaaS, Technology, Cybersecurity, TMT, or Digital Transformation is preferred.
- Cross-border M&A; experience, particularly US–India transactions, is a plus.
