The Senior

Associate prepares and reviews financial statements and management reports, supports budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensures accuracy in financial reporting in line with applicable standards and company policies.

Responsibilities include analyzing financial data to provide insights on costs, revenues, and variances, supporting internal controls and compliance with regulatory and audit requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address financial queries. The role also involves maintaining organized financial records, assisting with process improvements in the finance function, and contributing to the development of best practices in financial management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust knowledge of Finance and Financial Statements,



including understanding of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret financial data for decision-making and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess experience in Financial Reporting, including preparation of periodic management reports and support for statutory reporting.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and auditors.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
