Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Analyst is a full-time, in office role based in Kozhikode. In this position, the analyst will conduct keyword research, optimize on-page elements, and manage technical SEO tasks to improve website visibility and rankings. The role includes monitoring and interpreting web analytics, preparing performance reports, and recommending data-driven improvements.

The analyst will also plan and execute ethical link building strategies, collaborate with content and development teams, and support broader digital marketing initiatives. Regular responsibilities involve staying updated on SEO best practices,



search engine algorithm changes, and industry trends to maintain and grow clients’ online presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO to identify opportunities and optimize content and site structure.
- Candidates should possess solid Link Building capabilities, focusing on ethical, high-quality backlink strategies that support long-term rankings.
- Candidates should possess experience in Web Analytics, including interpreting traffic, user behavior, and conversion data to guide SEO decisions.
- Candidates should possess foundational Marketing knowledge to align SEO efforts with overall brand and campaign objectives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with common SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, keyword and backlink tools).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant academic background in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in an SEO or digital marketing role, particularly in IT or web development environments, is an advantage.
