Project Manager -NetSuite

Job Description:

n

1. Manage end-to-end NetSuite projects (ERP, CRM, OpenAir, custom modules).

n

2. Coordinate and track day-to-day project activities for NetSuite implementation and enhancement projects.

n

3. Define scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets aligned with business needs.

n

4. Prepare and maintain project plans, estimations, schedules, and resource allocation.

n

5.Coordinate with functional, technical, QA teams, and business users for smooth execution.

n

6. Ensure on-time delivery, managing risks, issues, and dependencies.

n

7. Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, sharing updates and reports.

n

8.Facilitate workshops, solution reviews, UAT, and cutover activities.

n

9.Handle change requests, scope adjustments, and governance requirements.

n

10.Drive best practices,



process improvements, and NetSuite adoption.

n

11.Support post-go-live stabilization, training, and knowledge transfer.

n

12.Contribute to SoW drafting and project documentation.

n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

n

1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.

n

2. 8+ years of project coordination or project management experience.

n

3. Exposure to ERP systems (NetSuite experience preferred).

n

4. Robust organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

n

5. Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Project, JIRA, or other project tracking tools.

n

6. Experience with SDLC, Agile, or Hybrid project delivery approaches.

n
