We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Functional Consultant with expertise in S/4HANA Concurrent Employment to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processes and configurations, with the ability to implement and optimize payroll solutions that comply with local regulations.

Responsibilities

- Implement and configure SAP Payroll solutions in S/4HANA with a focus on Concurrent Employment functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective payroll processes.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accurate payroll calculations and compliance with local regulations.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders regarding payroll processes and system functionalities.




- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications

- 5-10 years of experience in SAP Payroll with solid knowledge of S/4HANA Concurrent Employment.
- Proficient in SAP Payroll configurations and functionalities, including payroll schema, rules, and processing.
- Strong understanding of Indian payroll regulations, compliance, and taxation.
- Experience with SAP Fiori applications related to payroll.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and end-users.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing payroll processes.
