We are hiring a Patch Management Engineer for our Cybersecurity / Patch Management team.

n

Location: Hyderabad

n

Experience: 3–5 Years

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: USA Business Hours / US Client Support Shift

Position: Permanent

- Okta / CyberArk – IAM / PAM

- ITSM, Excel, dashboards & reporting
n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Execute patch deployment across enterprise endpoints and servers
n
- Troubleshoot patch failures and compliance gaps
n
- Support monthly, emergency & out-of-band patch cycles
n
- Track patch compliance, remediation and SLA status
n
- Coordinate with infrastructure, endpoint security and vulnerability management teams
n
- Maintain documentation,



reports and compliance evidence
n

n

Requirements

n

n
- 3–5 years of experience in Patch Management, Endpoint Management, Infrastructure Operations, or Cybersecurity Operations
n
- Good understanding of Windows/Linux/macOS patching
n
- Knowledge of ITIL, Change Management and Incident Management
n
- Solid troubleshooting, communication and coordination skills
n
- Willingness to work USA hours from Hyderabad
n

n

Education: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

n
