Role Description The Sales Manager role at WeCare by Dhanania Garments is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.

The Sales

Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, including managing customer inquiries, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities include setting and tracking sales targets, preparing quotations and proposals, coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries, and monitoring market trends in the uniform and apparel sector.

Manager will also contribute to pricing strategies, promotional activities, and reporting on sales performance to management.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to convert leads into long-term customers.
- Experience in business development, account management, and client servicing, preferably in garments, textiles, or uniforms.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and support strategic planning for revenue growth.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in explaining product features and value propositions.
- Team leadership and people management abilities, including coaching, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in order processing, documentation, and follow-up.
- Proficiency with basic office software and sales reporting tools;
- Comfort working in office in Hyderabad and engaging directly with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Previous experience in retail, B2B sales, or garment manufacturing will be considered beneficial.
