Job Responsibilities

- Promote and sell agriculture-related products to farmers and customers.
- Communicate with farmers in Marathi and understand their requirements.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert potential customers into sales.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and earn incentives/commission based on performance.
- Maintain basic records of leads, follow-ups, and sales.

Requirements:
- Good Marathi communication skills are mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Candidates should have a smartphone and a stable internet connection.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently from home.
- Freshers can apply. Agriculture sales experience will be an added advantage.
