Experience: 15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources

Role Purpose

n

The Human Resources professional will assist the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) in implementing the organization's people strategy and modernizing HR processes, systems, and service delivery.

n

The role requires an execution-oriented HR professional with robust expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR Digital Transformation, Leadership Hiring, HRMS/HRIS Management, Workforce Planning, and Employee Engagement. The incumbent will work closely with HR, Technology, business stakeholders, and external partners to drive effective implementation of strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Talent Acquisition for leadership and critical roles.
n
- Drive the selection, implementation, optimization,



and continuous improvement of HRMS/HRIS platforms and vendors.
n
- Act as the functional coordinator between HR, Technology teams, business users, and HRMS/HRIS vendors to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
n
- Translate approved HR priorities into implementation plans, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
n
- Prepare workforce reports, dashboards, management presentations, policy notes, and decision papers for senior management review.
n
- Conduct benchmarking and market analysis for workforce practices, compensation, hiring trends, and HR technology.

Preferred Experience

n

Relevant work experience in the private higher education sector will be highly preferred.
