Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Kannur North. The specialist will manage and grow customer accounts, conduct regular client visits, and promote cement products and services in assigned territories. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, following up on leads, preparing quotations, and supporting contract negotiations.

The role involves coordinating marketing activities, gathering market intelligence,



and contributing to local campaigns and promotional events. The specialist will also collaborate with internal teams, maintain accurate sales reports, and ensure high-quality customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Demonstrated Sales experience, including lead generation, closing deals, and territory management.
- Experience in Sales Management or supporting sales planning, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Ability to deliver Training or product presentations to customers, partners, or internal teams.
- Knowledge of the cement, construction.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools for maintaining records and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Kannur and travel locally as needed.
