Role Description The Research Analyst - Non IT Recruitment for US role is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. In this role, the analyst conducts detailed market and talent research for US-based non-IT positions, including gathering and analyzing data on job trends, candidate availability, and compensation benchmarks. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidate profiles, building and maintaining talent pipelines, and preparing research-based reports to support recruitment strategies.

The role involves close collaboration with recruitment consultants and account managers to refine role requirements, identify suitable candidates, and support data-driven hiring decisions. The analyst also contributes to improving research methodologies, maintaining accurate databases, and ensuring all recruitment activities align with company standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Statistics to interpret data, identify patterns, and support data-driven recruitment decisions.

- Candidates should possess solid Market Research and Research skills to collect, evaluate, and present insights on US Non-IT job markets and talent pools.

- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear reporting, collaboration with recruitment teams, and professional interaction with stakeholders.

- Familiarity with recruitment processes, applicant tracking systems, and online sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards) is beneficial.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.

- Experience working with US markets or global recruitment teams is an advantage.

- Ability to work with spreadsheets and basic data visualization tools, with strong attention to detail and time management.
