Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret business data to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations while ensuring data accuracy and consistency across multiple systems. This remote role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tools, and the ability to present actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and automate recurring and ad hoc reports.
- Design interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple business systems.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.
- Identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities through data analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms.
- Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations through reports and visualizations.
- Improve reporting processes through automation and workflow optimization.
- Maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and data definitions.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, compliance,



and operational reporting initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, or data analytics.
- Solid proficiency in SQL.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and reporting automation.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or Snowflake.
- Experience with Power Automate or workflow automation tools.
- Understanding of statistical analysis and business intelligence concepts.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
