We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both IT and Non-IT positions.



The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Non-IT hiring while being capable of handling IT recruitment as well.

You'll Do

➢ Handle end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions (majorly Non-IT hiring).

➢ Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various job portals and LinkedIn.

➢ Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.

➢ Manage offer roll-out, candidate follow-ups, and joining coordination.

➢ Complete pre-joining documentation and onboarding formalities.

➢ Conduct induction sessions for new employees.

Maintain recruitment trackers and employee records.

➢ Support HR operations and ensure a smooth candidate and employee experience.

What We're Looking For

➢ Must-Haves

➢ 1–2 years of recruitment experience with strong exposure to Non-IT hiring.

➢ Valuable communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

➢ Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and MS Office.

➢ Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment
