Senior Full Stack Developer (Python + ReactJS) | AI Experience Preferred Backend

- Robust experience in Python (5+ years)
- Experience with frameworks such as: o FastAPI o Flask o Django
- REST API development
- Microservices architecture
- Authentication and authorization mechanisms Frontend
- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS
- JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
- HTML5, CSS3
- Material UI, Ant Design, or similar UI frameworks
- State management (Redux, Context API) Database
- SQL databases: o PostgreSQL o SQL Server o MySQL
- NoSQL databases: o MongoDB o Cosmos DB (preferred) Cloud & DevOps
- Azure preferred (or AWS/GCP)
- Docker and Kubernetes
- Git/GitHub/Azure DevOps
- CI/CD pipelines AI/ML (Preferred)
- OpenAI/Azure OpenAI Services
- LangChain/LlamaIndex




- Prompt Engineering
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Vector Databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS)
- AI agent frameworks and chatbot development Leadership & Soft Skills
- Experience leading development teams of 3-8 members.
- Ability to drive technical discussions and solutioning.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to mentor and upskill team members.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
