Role Description The Python Web Development Trainer will deliver structured, industry-relevant training sessions on Python, web frameworks, and related technologies to learners in an on-site setting in Noida. This contract role involves designing and updating training modules, creating practical assignments and projects, and conducting hands-on lab sessions to reinforce concepts. The trainer will assess learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and support participants in building job-ready skills aligned with corporate expectations.





Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to refine curricula, staying current with emerging tools and best practices in Python web development, and ensuring training outcomes meet organizational standards.

Qualifications

- Strong Training & Development and Training experience, with a focus on technical and corporate learning environments.
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development, including designing structured lesson plans, projects, and assessments for Python web development.
- Effective Communication skills for delivering complex technical concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.
- Understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices related to corporate training, skill mapping, and employability-focused programs.
- Hands-on expertise in Python programming and web development frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI), including REST APIs and integration with databases.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and basic deployment concepts on cloud or hosting platforms.
- Prior experience as a technical trainer, instructor, or corporate facilitator in software or web development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to create inclusive, engaging learning environments and adapt teaching strategies to wide-ranging skill levels.
