Role Overview The Proposal Engineer will convert client requirements into accurate, compliant and commercially sound bids. The role owns the proposal process from opportunity review and bid planning through technical and commercial submission, clarification and handover.

- Technical Proposal Development
- Commercial Proposal and Estimation
- Sales and Business Development Support
- Submission and Post-Bid Coordination The role includes RFP analysis, proposal coordination, cost estimation, contractual-risk review, client clarifications, negotiations, submission control and post-award handover.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation or a related engineering discipline. MBA or commercial qualification is an advantage.




- Two years of relevant experience in proposals, tenders, estimation, contracts or sales support within engineering consultancy, TPI, PMC, EPC, energy or infrastructure services.
- Working knowledge of techno-commercial proposals, manpower-based costing, tender portals and contractual-risk review.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM, ERP or tender-tracking systems is desirable.
- Clear communication, coordination, commercial awareness, attention to detail and deadline control.
