Role Description The Production & Operations Manager – Corporate Events is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the production and operations of corporate events from concept to completion. Day-to-day tasks include developing detailed production schedules, managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring all technical, creative, and operational elements are executed to agreed standards.

The manager will monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, troubleshoot in office issues,



and maintain clear communication with clients to align expectations and deliver high-quality experiences. The role also involves post-event analysis to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and support continuous improvement of event operations.

Qualifications

- Strong production planning and production management skills to oversee end-to-end event execution.
- Proven experience in operations management with a focus on process efficiency and resource coordination.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret data, manage budgets, assess risks, and optimize event outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership.
- Experience in corporate events, experiential marketing, or related fields is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments, handle multiple projects, and make decisions under time pressure.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline preferred.
- Proficiency with event management tools, project management software, and MS Office or similar applications.
