Lead and manage end-to-end API production operations, including batch manufacturing and production planning.

- Plan production schedules, manpower, materials and equipment to achieve daily/monthly production targets.
- Manage and monitor API manufacturing processes to ensure consistent yield, quality and productivity.
- Ensure strict compliance with GMP, SOP, EHS and safety requirements across production activities.
- Monitor batch processing, production performance, yield, productivity and process efficiency.
- Handle production troubleshooting, deviations, process-related issues and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance, Warehouse and Engineering teams for smooth production operations.
- Review and maintain BMR/BPR, batch records, production logs and other manufacturing documentation.
- Ensure proper operation and utilization of reactors, dryers and other API manufacturing equipment.
- Drive initiatives for yield improvement, process optimization, reduction of production losses and improved plant efficiency.
- Manage and guide production teams,



ensuring effective manpower utilization and adherence to safety practices.
- Prepare and review daily/monthly production reports and MIS for management.

Mandatory Requirement Must have strong hands-on knowledge and substantial experience in Steroids & Hormones API manufacturing.

- Strong understanding of Steroids & Hormones manufacturing processes, batch operations and process controls.
- Should have experience handling production challenges and troubleshooting in Steroids & Hormones API plants.
- Solid knowledge of GMP documentation, safety, production procedures and API manufacturing practices.
- Excellent team-management, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Ideal Candidate A 10+ years experienced API Production professional with proven expertise in Steroids & Hormones manufacturing, capable of independently managing production operations and leading a production team. Immediate Joiner Preferred.
