Purpose of the Role-

The candidate would be a part of Financial markets Sales team and would be primarily responsible for

- Providing Foreign Exchange, Derivatives and Risk Management Solutions to the clients designated under Top Clients Group

Responsibilities- Strategy & Planning

Generate revenue from sale of FX and derivative products and risk management solutions to the bank’s Top clients

Ensure sharp and active client engagement and superior servicing towards furthering Fx and Derivatives business from Existing and New clients

- Oversee and ensure client trades are executed efficiently and keep track of their open positions and constantly engage with the client on these positions on the basis of technical analysis, macro and micro economic and fundamental research;

Enhancing product offerings and increasing Product penetration with the existing clients on FX and derivatives
- Ensure volume increase from clients by repetitive client calling and sharing trading / hedging ideas;
- Constantly engage with the Financial Markets risk advisors, relationship managers and other product partners to leverage the client relationship,



deepen existing relationships and acquire recent ones;
- Overseeing negotiating and closing all documents enable client to transact with the Bank.
- Regularly meet with allocated clients to augment the relationship;
- Strict adherence to RBI guidelines in executing and conducting Financial Markets business;
- Responsible for all one time as well as transactional documentation for FX business undertaken with the bank’s clients;

Education Essential: CA or MBA from reputed institutes would be preferred. Prior experience in Forex and Derivatives Sales in a Bank is required Preferred FRM or CFA qualifications will be preferred but not necessary

Experience

Essential: 5+ years of overall experience

- Preferred: FX sales , Derivatives – Sales , Trade Sales, Relationship
- Knowledge of platforms such as Reuters/ Bloomberg/ Murex etc
- Understanding of derivative products such as swaps and options and ability to price the same

Ability to manage and nurture client relationships
