: Power BI Developer (Pharma Domain Experience)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with strong expertise in DAX, SQL, Azure, and end-to-end dashboard development. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in the pharmaceutical domain, with the ability to translate complex data into explicit, actionable insights for business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Write advanced DAX calculations and optimize data models for performance.
- Build and manage data pipelines using Azure services (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, etc.).
- Develop optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, especially in the pharma domain (sales, medical, commercial data, etc.).
- Ensure data accuracy, data quality, and compliance with pharma industry standards.




- Perform data modeling, ETL development, and report automation.
- Troubleshoot BI solutions, optimize performance, and implement best practices.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to deliver insights and support decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–6 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or BI Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with SQL (advanced queries, stored procedures, optimization).
- Working knowledge of Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Storage.
- Experience working with pharmaceutical datasets, such as sales data, patient data, medical data, or commercial analytics.
- Understanding of data governance, data privacy, and compliance regulations (GxP, HIPAA is a plus).
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
