We are looking for an Architect Assistant to support our design team in creating innovative architectural designs. The ideal candidate will help with project planning, drawings, and documentation, contributing to a variety of architectural projects in a collaborative office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in Design Development: Work under the supervision of architects to develop design ideas and create drawings that meet project requirements.

- Prepare Architectural Drawings: Use software programs like AutoCAD or Revit to draft and modify architectural plans, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.

- Conduct Site Research: Gather information about potential project sites, including zoning regulations and environmental factors, to inform design decisions.

- Support Project Coordination: Collaborate with team members, including engineers and consultants, to ensure that designs are feasible and integrated well with other disciplines.

- Assist with Documentation: Help compile project documents, including reports,



presentations, and specifications that are required throughout various project phases.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a degree in architecture, along with 1 to 3 years of experience in a related role. Proficiency in design software is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are necessary. A valuable understanding of architectural concepts and building codes is important, along with attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
