We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Recruiter to join our team in Malad West, Mumbai. This role is ideal for individuals with 0 to 5 years of experience who are passionate about connecting talent with opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals. This involves actively searching for individuals who match our job requirements.

2. Conducting Interviews: Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere to ensure candidates feel comfortable during the process.

3. Managing Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on different platforms to attract a diverse pool of applicants. This includes writing clear and compelling job descriptions.

4. Coordinating Communication: Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication regarding interview schedules, feedback, and job offers.

5. Database Management:



Maintain an organized database of candidates, keeping records up to date and ensuring easy access to information for future hiring needs.
