About the Opportunity

- We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to work with us on a fractional/freelance basis.
n
- You will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to design intuitive, scalable and AI-native products.
n
- This is an opportunity for a designer who enjoys ownership, ambiguity and rapid product development.
n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Own product design end-to-end — from problem definition to shipped product.
n
- Design intuitive experiences for complex enterprise/B2B workflows.
n
- Create user journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI.
n
- Build and evolve design systems, components and reusable patterns.
n
- Rapidly explore and prototype multiple design solutions.
n
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to shape product direction and implementation.
n
- Conduct design reviews and continuously improve product quality.
n

AI-Native Design – Core Requirement

n

n
- Use AI extensively as part of your everyday design workflow.
n
- Apply AI for research, ideation, UX exploration, UI design, prototyping, design systems and design-to-code.
n
- Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Figma AI/Figma Make, Cursor, v0, Lovable, Framer AI or equivalent.
n
- Demonstrate how AI has made you significantly faster and more effective as a designer.
n
- We are looking for someone who actively experiments with AI rather than simply using it for content generation.
n

Required Experience

n

n
- 5–10 years of Product Design / UX / UI experience.
n
- Strong experience with B2B, Enterprise, SaaS or complex digital products.
n
- Solid UX, interaction and visual design skills.
n
- Advanced Figma and prototyping skills.
n
- Experience building design systems and component libraries.
n
- Strong product thinking and ability to work independently.
n
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with Product and Engineering.
n

Hyderabad – Mandatory

n

n
- Must currently be based in Hyderabad.
n
- Must be comfortable working in a fractional/freelance engagement.
n
- Should be available to meet our team in person at least once every week for short discussions, product walkthroughs and design reviews.
n
- Additional in-person sessions may be required during critical design phases.
n

n

Portfolio – Mandatory

n

n
- Strong product design portfolio with 3–5 relevant case studies.
n
- At least one case study should demonstrate meaningful use of AI in the design process.
n
- Portfolio should demonstrate UX thinking + UI craft + systems thinking + shipped product experience.
n

n

Not a Fit If

n

n
- Your experience is primarily graphic, branding or marketing design.
n
- You primarily execute screens from predefined requirements.
n
- You have limited product ownership.
n
- You have little hands-on experience using AI in your design workflow.
n
- You are based outside Hyderabad or cannot commit to weekly in-person interaction.
n
