In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework for bespoke software projects. Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.




Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the development and implementation of technical strategies to meet project goals.
Mentor and support team members to foster qualified growth and enhance team capabilities.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely resolution of challenges.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for custom software development.
Experience in setting and enforcing coding standards to ensure maintainability and quality.
Ability to design scalable and high-performance software solutions that meet business requirements.
Skilled in leading technical teams and managing complex software projects from conception to deployment.
Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across multiple teams.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
