Do you like helping students pick the right course, college, and exam path without the confusion? As an Academic Advisor, you explain options clearly over calls, match each student to a realistic pathway, and help them complete their admission with confidence. The role combines academic guidance with calling-based sales.

What you'll do
Make outbound and inbound calls to students and parents to discuss academic options
Assess marks, stream, interests, and budget to suggest suitable courses and colleges
Explain entrance exams, eligibility, and admission timelines in straightforward language
Share accurate, sourced information and never promise guaranteed admission
Follow up consistently so every student reaches a clear decision
Convert interested students into confirmed admissions through ethical persuasion
Maintain CRM records, call notes, and daily activity reports
Work with counselling and operations teams for smooth onboarding

What we're looking for
Excellent communication in Hindi and English
Interest in colleges, courses, and entrance exams, with the ability to learn quickly
Clear, patient, and structured way of explaining options
Target-driven and disciplined with follow-ups




Comfortable with high daily call volumes
Graduate or postgraduate in any stream
Freshers are welcome if communication is robust

Growth: Senior Academic Advisor, Counselling Lead, or Training roles.
