Job Description

Senior Salesforce QA Engineer:
36 years of overall QA experience, with hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM testing, preferably across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Strong experience in functional, regression, integration, smoke and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications.
Good understanding of Salesforce Objects, Flows, Validation Rules, Record Types, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules and Approval Processes.
Experience testing Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce customizations from a QA perspective.




Hands-on experience with SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Inspector and Data Loader for data validation and troubleshooting.
Experience with REST/SOAP API testing using tools such as Postman, including positive, negative and error scenarios.
Experience testing Salesforce integrations with external applications, including middleware, ERP, eCommerce or other enterprise systems.
Exposure to test automation using Provar, Selenium, ACCELQ, Playwright or equivalent automation frameworks.
Ability to independently create test scenarios, test cases, regression suites, defect reports and test execution plans, with solid attention to business requirements.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, participating in refinement, sprint testing, SIT/UAT, defect triage and production validation.
Key expectation: The engineer should be capable of owning QA for individual Salesforce features/integrations independently, identifying gaps early, and contributing to automation and overall release qualitynot just executing predefined test cases.
