The jobholder reports to: Plant In charge. Position overview: Location – Project Site. Cash and Bank Handling at site, Purchase bill checking and passing, Contractors bill checking and passing, and site staff and Labour attendance.

Responsibilities

Cash and bank Handling
/n
/n
Cash handling, cash payments and its accounting & reconciliation on daily basis.
/n
Local bank visits for withdrawal, issuing cheques to vendors and its accounting on daily basis.
/n
Bank reconciliation.
/n
Maintaining records of IOU and advances.
/n
Follow up with the concern for recovery of advances.
/n
/n
Bank Payment Entry
/n
/n
Requesting Management for approval of payments on respective due dates.
/n
Bank payment entry in system.
/n
Preparation of data in the required format for online payments.
/n
/n
Bill booking
/n
/n
Receipt of bills either from Purchase or Admin.
/n
Approving the bills and Bill booking in system.
/n
In case of any correction is required, submit, and follow up with either Purchase.
/n
Filling of bills.
/n
Suppliers account scrutiny and reconciliation.
/n
Accounting of debit notes, if any.
/n
Preparation of Budgets if any & uploading in DV, Checking rate approvals in DV.
/n

Staff and Labour attendance
/n
/n
Recent employee registration in Biometric Machine, taking his joining report and sent to HO Admin.
/n
Preparation of Attendance of Staff, Loan Labour, Security Guard & others if any.
/n
Maintaining Staff Attendance Register.
/n
/n
Qualifications
/n
/n
B. Com / Commerce Graduate
/n
Minimum work experience in industry of 2 - 3 years
/n
/n
Required Skills
/n
/n
Ability to maintain valuable relations and working in a team.
/n
Results-oriented.
/n
Self-motivated, and proactive approach to work.
/n
Working knowledge of M S Excel and MS Word.
/n
/n
Pay range and compensation package
/n
Budget: 3 to 3.4 Lacs. Bachelor Accommodation is available.
