Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through calls, chat and email.
Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Communicate professionally with international customers.
Maintain a high level of customer experience and service quality.
Coordinate with internal teams when required.
Follow company processes and achieve assigned performance targets.

Requirements




Excellent spoken and written English communication .
Confident and professional personality.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with 0–2 years of customer service experience can apply.
Graduation must be completed.
Currently pursuing candidates are not eligible.
Candidates who have completed their education in the UK, USA, Canada or other international locations are encouraged to apply.
