Work closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to validate solution feasibility.

Support customer evaluations, pilot programs, and product adoption initiatives.

Gather market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to influence product roadmap.

Create sales enablement assets including presentations, demo scripts, case studies, and solution briefs.

Represent the company in customer meetings, webinars, conferences, and industry events.
