Location: Delhi/Hyderabad/Bangalore

Experience: 10 years to 17 years

Must-Have:

/n

Expert knowledge of IT Configuration Management processes.

/n
Experience in Service Now CMDB.

/n
Understanding of Service Now Discovery, Service Mapping and knowledge of Service Now CSDM Model.

/n
Transparent understanding of Business Capabilities, Business Applications, Application Services, Middleware Infra, Service Offerings and so on.

/n
Able to work with Customer stakeholders which are Business Application Owners, Infra CI owners.

/n
Experience in performing CMDB audit and Remediation.

/n
Solution Oriented mind set & be able to provide recommendations for the current and future platform.

/n
Familiar with the processes that consume CMDB data e.g., Incident, Problem, SDLC, Asset, and Change

/n
Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills on maintaining CMDB data integrity.

/n
Able to generate reports for KPIs.

/n
Excellent collaboration, customer service, and communication skills to work in a team workplace.

/n
Ability to work under pressure effectively and efficiently handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

/n

/n




Work as CMDB team in developing standard IT Configuration management methodology.

/n
Assisting team in the development of CMDB Policy, Processes, Data Models, and Knowledge base.

/n
Performing operational activities as defined by CM policies and procedures.

/n
Works along with CMDB team to improve CI data integrity regarding classes, naming conventions, attribute modeling, CI relationship, data sources.

/n
Conducts CI audits and reconciliation for CMDB Remediation independently.

/n
Maintains CIs to ensure CMDB accuracy and completeness.

/n
Drives visibility on unauthorized CI changes or alterations to environment.

/n
Delivering CMDB reports agreed and on demand.

/n
Identifying and reporting on noncompliance situations

/n
Works with Infra teams to understand recent requirements and identify how Configuration management can support improved Service Delivery.

/n
Support and administer the tool for configuration and asset management, Service Now Discovery, and additional applications or modules as assigned.

/n
Perform SDLC activities required to enhance the Service Now platform.

/n
