We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Technical Consultant with 5+ years of Workday technical experience and hands-on expertise in Workday Studio (mandatory). The ideal candidate should be Workday Certified and have solid experience in Workday integrations, reports, security, and Core HCM processes.
Mandatory Skills
Workday Certification (HCM and/or Integration preferred)
Robust hands-on experience in Workday Studio
Experience in Workday Core HCM
Expertise in EIB, Core Connectors (CCW, CCB), PICOF, PECI
Experience with Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)
Robust knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON
Experience in Workday Security Configuration
Advanced, Matrix, Composite Reports and Calculated Fields
Workday Business Process Configuration
Experience with Workday implementations, support, and enhancements.
