Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Head with 10+ years of expertise in end-to-end recruitment across KPO, IT, and multiple other industries. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of building and managing high-performing recruitment teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment function across multiple business verticals.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational hiring requirements.
Handle hiring across IT, KPO, Finance & Accounting, BPO, and other industries.
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring productivity and achievement of hiring targets.
Partner with business heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Oversee sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, internal databases, and other channels.
Drive recruitment for volume hiring as well as niche and senior-level positions.
Build robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-joining ratio,



source effectiveness, and cost per hire.
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external hiring partners.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Develop and maintain recruitment policies, processes, and best practices.
Prepare and present recruitment reports and hiring dashboards to senior management.
Stay updated with market trends, talent availability, and evolving recruitment practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with experience in a leadership or managerial capacity.
Strong exposure to recruitment across KPO, IT, and diverse industries.
Proven experience in team management and recruitment strategy.
Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment channels.
Experience handling multiple positions and high-volume hiring.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
Solid analytical and decision-making abilities.
