Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales calls, qualifying leads, and maintaining a robust pipeline of prospective clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, presenting HR TEAM's services, following up on inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to support the sales cycle. The specialist will nurture client relationships, track sales activities in CRM tools, and work toward meeting and exceeding sales targets. The role also involves gathering market feedback, contributing to sales strategies, and ensuring a skilled, service-oriented experience for all prospects and clients.

Qualifications
Demonstrated Inside Sales experience,



with the ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Lead Generation and pipeline management skills, including researching prospects and qualifying opportunities.
Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with clear, professional presentation abilities.
Comfort using CRM and sales productivity tools; proficiency in MS Office or similar applications.
Goal-oriented mindset with solid negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up capabilities.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate within a team, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience in sales.
