Program Manager – Oracle Retail & Fusion Cloud Implementation

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale Oracle Retail and Fusion Cloud implementation for our client.

The role will oversee multiple workstreams across Oracle Retail RMFCS, Xstore, SIOCS, Customer Engagement (CE), Oracle Fusion Financials, and SCM, with responsibility for overall program delivery, governance, vendor coordination, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end Oracle Retail & Fusion implementation from design through go-live and hypercare.
- Manage integrated workstreams across merchandising, store systems, finance, and supply chain.
- Coordinate systems integrators, Oracle teams, and internal business/IT stakeholders.
- Own program governance, RAID management, milestones, budgets, executive reporting, and escalations.
- Oversee UAT, data migration, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Manage scope, risks, dependencies, resources, and vendor delivery across the program.

Mandatory Experience

- 10+ years of overall program/project management experience.




- 5+ years leading Oracle Retail and/or Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Experience leading at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Retail or Fusion implementations.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Retail solutions such as RMFCS/RMS, Xstore, SIOCS/SIM and CE, and/or Oracle Fusion Financials & SCM.
- 3+ years of GCC experience managing programs in markets such as Saudi Arabia, UAE, or Qatar.
- Experience managing programs of USD $1M+ with large cross-functional and multi-vendor teams.
- Robust experience with program governance, vendor/SI management, executive stakeholder communication, cutover, and go-live.
- Retail, fashion, FMCG, or luxury industry experience preferred.
- PMP, PgMP, Prince2, or Oracle certifications are an advantage.

Location & Travel

This opportunity is open to candidates based in India. Candidates must be willing to travel to and work onsite in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, for extended periods when required during key implementation phases.
