We are looking for an IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter with solid knowledge of technology hiring. The role involves hiring technical professionals directly for our organization as well as managing recruitment mandates for multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical positions from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand technical requirements and screen candidates based on skills, experience, project exposure, and role fit.
Source candidates through Naukri, Linked In, job portals, references, and other channels.
Work on profiles across technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, Dev Ops, SAP, Pega, Testing, and other IT positions.
Conduct initial technical/functional screening and assess candidates against JDs.
Coordinate interviews with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Manage candidate follow-ups, feedback, salary discussions, offer negotiation,



and onboarding formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.
Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements and deliver relevant profiles within timelines.
Manage multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.

Required Skills
Solid understanding of IT/technical profiles and technology terminologies.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
Good knowledge of Boolean search, Naukri, Linked In, and candidate sourcing techniques.
Ability to understand a technical JD and identify mandatory vs. good-to-have skills.
Strong candidate screening, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and quick-paced recruitment environment.
